Sustainable Restaurant Practices

Our kitchen uses local produce where possible to reduce the amount of energy needed to get food from the farm to your plate. We also print all menus and paper items on 30% post consumer materials produced by carbon neutral mills, with wood from sustainable forests. Of course we also put our aluminum, glass, and paper in the little blue bins.
